My Usual Breakdown Process

  1. Scream into pillow.
  2. Rantblog.
  3. If that doesn't work, think it through. Mentally. As in, talk to myself.
  4. If that doesn't work, vent to my mom while she strokes my hair.
  5. If that doesn't work, cry.
& after crying, everything will be alllll better.
I usually feel a lot stronger after crying.
So, conclusion: Crying works.
