- Understands that the mourning period cannot be rushed because it is different for everybody. Just because you want to doesn't mean you can. Sometimes you have to just breathe.
- But what if in the time I need to breathe, circumstances worsen? Then it's my fault that I didn't recover fast enough.

And it goes on and on, sometimes repeating itself. Until I can't handle all the thoughts anymore and I cast everything aside and move on from the situation, never fully resolving how I feel.
