Ideal Day


  1. Up by 6:30 A.M.
  2. Brain teasers in bed (i.e., Lumosity, Elevate).
  3. Drink cup of water. (Aim for 8 cups a day.)
  4. Meditate for 5 min.
  5. Exercise while listening to fave music atm.
  6. Research job positions (or something equally career-proactive).
  7. Work on creative project (i.e., lettering, canvas art, jackets, love album).
  8. Clean. Let shIT go.
  9. Plan out next day/week/month/year/life.
  10. Journal.
  11. Read.
  12. Bed before midnight.
