Spring Break

was cool. Chill, y'know?

I'd day-by-day it, but I really can't remember anything.

Saturday: played Cinderella at House. Literally vacuumed crack by crack of the laminate flooring.

Sunday: EGGHUNT + egg-in-spoon-hopping race + basketball.

Monday: Me & Jessica biked to Julina's. Then we all biked to park where we relived our nauseous tire swinging days. "OMGOMGOMG, I'M DYINGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. DYINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG." I haven't cracked up like that in a while.

Uh, PGA on Thursday with Jessica was FAIL. Invertigo gone. Firefall closed. STUPID CHOICE TO GO ON THE LOG RUN WHICH ENDED UP SOAKING US. The rest of the day was cold because it was windy. We are not that smart. Cough. ATE DIPPIN DOTS ANYWHO BECAUSE ONE MUST EAT DIPPIN DOTS WHEN THE OPPORTUNITY COMES UP. MUST.

Today, Great Urban Race with Trace! AWESOMEPOSSUM. Everybody's so spirited and interesting. WE WERE THE POTTERY BARN KIDS! Well, not really. More like the "Higher Fire Clayspace & Gallery" volunteers, but still. Same difference. Dan & Ed & other dude was super cool, super sweet. So a whole bunch of people were wearing this "HAPPY BIRTHDAY VANGIE" shirt with a picture of supposedly "Vangie" and I was just wondering who Vangie was. Then, I decided to ask the next group who was wearing that shirt. So, I saw a guy with the shirt and I queried, "May I just ask who Vangie is?" and his partner goes, "ME!" Sigh, facepalm moment. And lo and behold, it was the birthday girl, with the "BIRTHDAY GIRL" shirt. That was life making fun of me. Happy birthday, Vangie!

Tomorrow: 1st driving instruction appt. Wish me luck. ... and everybody else who's on the streets tmrw.

A Regular Blog?

Hahaha, I just realized that I still haven't birthday-weekend-blogged yet.
Oh wells.
I couldn't sleep so uh, my weekend?

Yesterday, campus beautification. Came there in high spirits, I have no idea why. I was just really bouncy and singsongy. Too many people at one hole so me&Jodie&Zhiming went to go find work. MULCH DISTRIBUTORS, oh yeah. ROFL, we sure got those muscles now. 6-PACK AND ROCK HARD MUSCLES. Not. Anywho, then Jodie left and besides the normal tree-planting stuff and whatnot, Me&Zhiming&Angeline shoveled sand for Mr. Jackson and DANCED IN THE SANDBOX. Oh yeah. Some good, clean fun there.

Of course, my parents were busy with the house and so I followed Jessica home. ROFL. Yes, I took refuge at her place again. Watched the last bit of THE LITTLE RASCALS. Oh, Darla&Alfalfa. Then Jessica's sis took us to MANGE. Y'know we could've just eaten at that Pepper place Jessica wanted to, but NOOOO. Vung Tau, we went to. & it's really fun being the only one in the party who knows how to speak Viet in a Viet restaurant. KEKEK, uh, Jessica and her sis are way OCD, but s'all cool beans. Then they got this... soy tea thing? & Jessica explained my crack tea to her sis who apparently thought it was real funny. x_O" NOT (really) CRACK.

S'all? See, I know I'm forgettin' details, but can't remember right now, so g'night world.

Vienna - Billy Joel

Slow down you crazy child
You're so ambitious for a juvenile
But then if you're so smart tell me why
Are you still so afraid?
Where's the fire, what's the hurry about?
You better cool it off before you burn it out
You got so much to do and only
So many hours in a day...

LAST SUNDAY

  • Woke up early to go help parents with the house.
  • DADDY WAS UNPREPARED (like I said he would be!) and there was nothing for me to help with.
  • @ Trace's place: CHILLED
  • @ Tuyen&Na's place: OD-ed on orange gummy bears while watching tangled with my kumquats.
  • BECAUSE WE WERE OD-ED ON GUMMY BEARS, we slid around like crazy around the floor.
  • Came home to HEAR JESSICA INSIDE M'HOUSE. Ate, showered, KCA-ed, then out poopped Butthead&Julina. SURPRISESURPRISE. Awkwardness BECAUSE I WAS NOT READY FOR ANY GUESTS AT ZE MOMENT! Oh well.
Very very random day.

I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious.
