So, last... few weeks, my mother and I attempted to make steamed buns. My mom tends to have these phases where she finds a "good" recipe and tries to perfect it. Apparently, the steamed bun recipe was only supposed to make a few but the yeast freaking multiplied ... 1000000x, so we ended up having a buttload of flour. And of course, we should waste any at all; therefore, I spent the night downstairs with my mother, forming animal critters out of Chinese bun flour. Wonderful, I know.
